Founder & Creative Director
Stephen Lasker brings four decades of international design expertise to The Source, having established himself as a visionary in luxury furniture and interior design. As the former president of Edge Design Intelligence in Miami, Stephen developed innovative design systems that democratised high-end interior solutions, creating upgrade packages ranging from accessible to ultra-luxury markets.
His design philosophy centres on creating "remarkable environments on any budget" while maintaining uncompromising quality standards. His ability to work with renowned designers from Philippe Starck to Marcel Wanders demonstrates his versatility across the entire design spectrum.

Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy
Artur brings expertise in authentic brand storytelling and strategic growth to The Source. His diverse background includes creating top performing content for bestselling author Mark Manson that reached tens of millions and developing marketing strategies for sustainable brands like Ochis Eyewear.
With a focus on building meaningful connections between brands and their audiences, he ensures The Source's vision of combining international design standards with authentic craftsmanship reaches discerning clients who value both exceptional design and purposeful business practices.

His natural ability to read a space, blend materials, and curate pieces that complete an environment has made him a trusted collaborator for those with discerning taste.
Fluent in several languages and shaped by living and working across four continents, Zen brings a cross-cultural perspective that's rare in this industry. He understands how design speaks differently to different people — and how to make it land in any context.
